The Midlands No.1 Boxing Gym

Our main feature is our full size boxing ring, which is available for sparring. We also have a fully equipped Gym, which features bikes, steppers, rowers and punch bags. The gym also features soft-matting throughout. There are individual changing rooms, one for the boys, one for the girls, both equipped with showers. When you’re finished training, there’s a drinks machine with various energy drinks available, and One Nation merchandise including both training and casual wear. #OneNationBoxing
